Let's be honest, there's hundreds of online strength coach's in the UK, (across the globe thousands!) & trusting a stranger with your money to improve your fitness is a bit of a gamble. All I can honestly say is that with my years of experience & as a qualified level 2 gym instructor & level 2 BWL strength coach I am more than capable to help you get stronger, manage your weight & improve your general fitness

Get Strong!
As already indicated, the main focus in my programmes will be gaining strength. This is not to be confused with gaining size. You can be crazy strong without having big bulging muscles, unless that's what you want.
Lose Weight
Through the use of compound exercises that utilize more than muscle group you will be exerting more energy. In other words, burning more calories as you lift. This plus a healthy boost in your metabolism will result in burning off any excess bodyweight/fat
Get Fit
While being strong & losing weight will leave you feeling awesome, if your overall fitness levels are poor this will put a bit of dent in your results. Being strong is great but if you find yourself fighting for breath after a brisk walk or gentle jog you need to look further into your fitness.
